In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and the receipts of delivery. The return shipping costs are not covered by CHATZIMICHAEL & Co. LP and are the responsibility of the customer. The refund amount from CHATZIMICHAEL & Co. LP does not include the initial shipping costs to you if they exceed the cost of universal postal service. The refund for the returned products will be made as soon as possible. For products labeled as Made-to-Order, the company imports exactly the quantity ordered by the customer, and therefore, changes, cancellations, and returns are not accepted.
